Processor Upgrading Question

I am upgrading my P4 (2.53 GHZ) to a Celeron-D (3.06 GHZ). I can not overclock (no BIOS provision, and lacking on a Pentium based program to achieve it),and I am using a stock cooler (case has good airflow).
What Thermal paste/greese do you suggest me to use for this?? I want to keep it as cool as possible.

A celeron D is still a single core, and with it's lack of much cache it's not going to be any noticeable difference over the pentium 4.

Arctic silver 5, or if you have a Staples nearby you Antec silver formula 5 works just fine (arctic silver 5 generic LOL)

The maximum supported processor you can install in a d530 is the P4 Northwood 3.2/800/512 processor. Check ebay for that one. That CPU has hyper threading, which I'm not positive if your board will be able to utilize or not but even without it will be a good upgrade.

This is a socket 478 setup right?

EDIT- found one, $20 shipped buy it now!
