Program cloging up CPU

HI guys
Recently I found a program in task manager that said some web pages are using 100% CPU just to load a page- CCPXYSVC.EXE I cheaked the addons in internet explorer to see if I could disable it and it wasn't there and I also tried canceling the process but then the web pages didn't even load.

I have also lost the tolbar in internet for accessinf the Tools, Options ect... along the top :o

Yep it the norton antivirus cheaker or something, just had a look on the net but doesn't seem like u can turn it off

do u know how to get the options, tool and stuff back up in the internet explorer page????????
