Program For Dvd Backup??

Well I have been using dvd shrink 3.2 to back up my dvd's and now it wont work anymore...

I tried backing up "x-men" and "X2" and "the hills have eyes" and when its time to put in a blank dvd, I put it in andit gives me a error message..?!?!??!

I dont know I dont think Ive ever gotten this message before I mean I backed up a few dvd's a few days ago and it was all fine...

well I would like to give another program a try, any suggesstions?

I have dvd x copy but the site went down and I dont have any way of gettin on to set up my x-copy account so im not gonna be using that...

Is there any free software online or something I can give a try?

oh by the way Im willing to buy another program but I need to know that for sure It will work and I wont have any problems with it etc..etc...
