Program that records sounds from multiple outputs?

I need a program that can record audio from both my Default Device (Speakers) and my Default Communications Device (Headset)

Its hard to explain.
It needs to be able to record 3 sources at once.
1. My speakers
2. My headset speakers
3. My microphone.

Its a plus if can also record video and keep the file size down.

I know what you mean. I'm not sure which soundcard are you using but I have Sound Blaster soundcard on my computer and It has an option to record "What U Hear" With that option check. You can use any recording software to record mutiples source at once.

For example: i'm listening to winamp, playing youtube videos and talking with my mic. I can record all of these at once.
