Program that selects one file from a folder at random?

Hello,

I'm looking for a pretty odd program that I don't know how to successfully Google for. I'd like one that randomly selects one file from a folder. Completely randomly. I don't have experience with scripts or macros or whatever this would require, but if anyone can tell me how to create something like that, it would be useful as well. Or any other good idea for how to accomplish the same basic point, as long as it selects one from the folder, so I don't have to type up every file in a program. I'd like it to just select one from the folder itself, especially as the files get in the hundreds.

Try Visual Basic 2005, its not that difficult, you just use random and select the folder you want... I can't really explain it but I know its not any more than five lines of code.
