program to up gpu v.core

well lookin' for a program that can up gpu v.core and memory just a lil bit so i can o/c this card blow it up and buy a new one j/p but if anyone has a link let me know

i've got riva tuner, but don't know which registry to enable to up v.core...so any help with this?
