Program wont eject??

I have a program on my computer. I m trying to delete it completely off my computer. I dont have the disk. But when I try to delete the "Reason 5.iso" off desktop its says "program is being used by another person or program, close any programs that might be using the file and try again" but I don t have it open and nothing is using it?

When I go to my computer and try to eject the "Reason 5 (E it just sits there and no window pops up and it just stays right there? can someone help me out?

What application are you using to mount the ISO? Daemon Tools? Virtual Clonedrive? You need to eject it from the app itself, not through Explorer.

I am trying to eject it from the app itself..I tried to eject it with daemon tools but it wont let me...there is no option for that.
