Can I make a program that I would send to a friend (willing of course) and that would execute a command on his comp, such as delete a file, or execute a file... ??

quick question:
- is that because he doesn't know how to do a certain thing and u want to execute a command n do it for him?

Yes, that's exactly why. How would I program a .bat file ,for example, to execute such and such file?
 
Save this to a .bat file.

If all you want to do is start a program on his computer, a simple batch file should suffice (I'm assuming he's running Winblows).

Google the words "create batch file".

really simple actually.. here is how it works

download the program
install it on your computer
install it on the computer you are trying to access (or give it to them to install)
have them run the "VNC Server" from the User-mode in start-menu
have the right cick and go to options, then set a password

now

you run VNC Viewer and type in their ip (it shows when they hover their mouse over the system tray vnc icon since they are on "server")
type the ip in
then the password
wa-la ur done

you literally see their screen as if u was there.. like i said the bad side is its kinda slow n the colors aren't that neat..

thanks for repliyin mate is it safe pleaze tell me like no one is going to hack me are they when the 2 computers are networked ive got a firewall and stuff

I know exactly how to use RealVNC, since I have it! It's a really really good program, but I can't control her (it's a girl) computer because she's not on my network and she doesn't have a static ip adress...

she doesn't have to be on your network.. she can be in italy and you can be in mexico.. and when they run the server.. it shows their ip ..dial-up,boradband.. so u sure u have this program?
 
I have it alright, but her IP is dynamic, so won't it not work? When I put my mouse over RealVNC's icon, it tells me my IP's 192.168.1.2, but that's my internal network adress, how do I get it to give me my external adress?
