So i need to start programming but i don't know what Graphics card is the best to use for programming, If you have any ideas please tell me them. Thanks!
 
If you're just starting to learn to program then which video card you have is the last thing you need to be concerned with. For a beginning programmer, the lowest, low-end video card is all that is needed.

Okay, so it doesnt matter which card i take?
 
Not as a beginning programmer. While you're just learning, your programs will be mostly text based. What platform, language and IDE (Integrated Development Environment) do you plan to use?

High end graphics, which you might need a decent video card for, is an advanced programming subject.
 
What sort of programming are you doing? Often times you don't even need a dedicated card if you are just working on code and compiling applications.

I was planning to use the javascript.
