Programs constantly being shut down

I'm almost certain this is a virus or spyware AVG can't detect. Literally all my programs started shutting down and trying to reboot yesterday (after being on stumbleupon and probably picking up something by accident), and a large number of trojan generic 17s and other similar names started popping up in the AVG threat detected screen, which I can't seem to stop. This happens every 20 minutes or so now, so I went on the offensive. Heres the Hijack Log;

And the Malware Log; got rid of a few on the first run, then on reboot vista blocked the program and made it lose the information. There were about ten threats that seem to be gone now, now its back up and running. -.-'

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :D
 
The trojans are also multiplying very fast so is it possible to do the below in safe mode?? U NEED INTERNET

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here or here and save it to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
o Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
o and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
* then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Please keep updating until it says you have the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* A log will be saved automatically which you can access by clicking on the Logs tab within Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

thanks, but like I said I have done that. Did it again for your benefit though. Could you maybe tell me which of those programs are irrelevant and I could remove with HijackThis? A lot of them seem dodgy

Since some of your infections were inside your temp files, download and run Ccleaner.

click up top right where it says download latest version and install the program. Then run it and set the options that are checked in the attached image, then click on run cleaner.
