Programs keep shuting down

I have windows 7 .usually after computer work for a long time or when I logging in again or after I wake up my pc. Programs keep shutting down as immediately as I open it or it may be opened for seconds even when I am trying to open task manager it still opened for only seconds then it close also. I tried to use reset, Avirs as I thought it could be a virus issue but there is nothing new. Sometimes also I detect a page get open in Mozilla Firefox which is not my default browser and it's a small pop up window which I can't open it I find it only in the menu bar. And if I open song or video or something like that the program closes also but the voice is still there which make me think that the programs aren't really closes it is only dissaper
