First off, welcome to CF :)
Please create a new System Restore Point and then continue with the following.

Can you tell me which programs?
Also, have you deleted the respective folders from Program Files?
If not, please do that.

Click on Start and then select Programs.
Then go to Accessories and select System Tools.
Click on System Restore and then click on it.

Click on the radio button "Create a new restore point" and click Next.
Type "CPanel" into the description and click Next.

After it completes, proceed with the above.

Note : This is to make sure that we can revert to the original system state in case anything goes wrong.

Done..............
Programs _ Arcsoft Print creations - Funhouse11 / Arcsoft Print creations - quick photo book.
DYOS Kitchen release 0.21
Hp Image Zone express
MYOB Accounting plus Ver10

Now deleting from programs

Have you uninstalled the programs? If so, then also delete their folders. If you've dont that also, then reboot your computer and see if they are still appearing in the Add/Remove list.

Ok, we'll have to go big for this.
Download CCleaner and install it on your system.
Open CCleaner and click on, "Tools".
Under Tools, click on, "Uninstall". Select the name of the program from the list and click on, "Delete Entry".

Hp Image zone express.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,says cannot delete MSI installer.

Now does that mean these programs are out gone from the comp or not? or are the programs lerking somewhere in the system?

Thanks
Tabatha

Hi,
I have personally not tried out this uninstaller, so I take responsibility for what it does.
But it's from HP so I don't think there's anything to worry.
Download this uninstaller and run it on your system.
Use the option to uninstall the program from your computer.

I got this idea from here

Ok back Hp didn't budge after all that.................not bad though one left lols

Do you know what Microsoft capicom 2.1.0.2 is or means? I know its a license of sorts

By the way thankyou so much for all your help

Many thanks
Tabatha

:) Very happy to help you out
Read here about CAPICOM.

Also, give this one last try :

Boot your computer into safe mode :
  • Restart your computer and start tapping the F8 key as soon as the black screen is shown(when the computer starts).
  • Use your cursor keys to select Safe Mode from the menu and press Enter.
  • Log into your usual account and then try using CCleaner to remove the HP tool.
