Here are some programs I believe that everyone should have; they are all free of course.
· CCleaner
First of all what I can say is that this program is awesome, it’s free and cleans your computer of unneeded files. It empties the Recycle Bin, clears unneeded internet files eg: cookies history. I’ve asked many people about this program and I haven’t once heard someone saying that this program sucks, it clears the files that are hidden eg: temp files. If your computer is slowing down rapidly and you empty the recycle bin often then I would still recommend this program because not only does it empty the recycle bin but it deletes unneeded files. Also if anyone out there thinks that this program will erase their word documents, notepad files or any other files that you may need, rest assured this program DOESN’T delete any files that you need/want unless you place them into the RECYCLE BIN.

· WinRar
WinRar, who can live without it?
Some people can but I believe it to be the simplest, easy and user friendly software to zip and unzip files. Another thing that makes it so great is the fact that a lot of people user WinRar so you won’t have to go looking around to find a file saved in that extension like some other software, which only let you use one software to unzip the files. Since this program is so popular you would expect some people to be complaining about some bugs and features not working…as far as I’ve heard no one has had any problems with WinRar not working or not unzipping properly.
You can download the latest version, post comments and read comments on the official WinRar website.

Spybot Search & Destroy
Don’t let the title fool you, this isn’t a virus. J
Spybot Search & Destroy is a wonderful program; it hunts down evil programs, files and software that could be infected with SpyWare. I also believe it hunts for malware and adware but that is yet to be confirmed. Well let me tell you this, if you computer is running slow and you just think it is because it’s old as it very well mite be I’d suggest installing Spybot Search & Destroy and running a scan. A lot of people go on thinking it won’t help them at all but you will be surprised at what some evil programs can do to your computer…some viruses/adware/spyware/malware simply use all available CPU processing power and RAM to slow down your computer to prevent you from getting rid of it. I have also never heard of anything gone wrong with this program either. J

· Mozilla Firefox
A good alternative to Internet Explorer. Faster, Safer…more Secure. I use it a lot and I know most people do, It has all the features Internet Explorer does, and more! It also lets you customize your own skin(if you want to). I don’t know what else to say really I like it I know some CF members do to. As for problems with it… haven’t heard of any that’s the reason I’m recommending these programs too I’ve heard of less then 10 problems for all of them seems reasonable.
