Programs That Start With Boot

Hey all, I am trying to stop a certain program from starting at boot. I checked HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > Run,
Its not there, does anyone know any other places i might look??

go to start click the run button and type in msconfig. The system configuration utility should pop up. Click on the startup tab and then just uncheck what you dont want to start up. Hit apply and then hit ok. You will have to restart but it should work.

Anywhere else I may be able to check?
