Programs using the internet

hey, i was wondering, is there a program or something that will monitor what programs that are running on my PC are accessing the internet, and at what time, how long etc??
 
i dont know of any particular ones.... but xone alarm firewall does kind of do that... and if you play around in the command prompt using "net stat" you can pick up some good ifnformation an what is making connections out...
