Hello im having issues with my windows 7 os. when i try to open nero or itunes it wont open it acts like it loads the application but nothing pops up. except for its running in the task manager and my cpu usage is just at 5% i even tried opening defrag for my hdd and it doesnt open either. some programs will open tho like internet explorer. its a windows 7 os 3.4ghz and 4gb of ram. any suggestions? thanks! and happy thanksgiving!@
