Project/Spare Parts Build

Okay, so I have some spare parts from previous builds and looking for recommendations on cheap parts to finish what I need. Just want it to get functioning and will probably sell it once complete, but looking to spend as little as possible to build it.

What I have:
Intel i3 3220 CPU (I need a cooler for it)
Sapphire Radeon 7750 GPU
DVD-RW Drive
500 GB 3.5" HDD (I also have a 2.5" 250GB HDD)
4GB (1x4) DRR3 SO-DIMM (Laptop RAM)

So since I have the laptop RAM, I was trying to find a mini-ITX board that would accept laptop memory and also had a PCI Express slot for the GPU. I have found a few that accept the SO-DIMM, but they don't have PCI Express. Should I forgo that idea and just plan on getting new RAM, or should I saw screw the GPU and build it without it? Just looking for ideas for a fun project without breaking the bank. Thanks!

I would say sell the part as it is.
If you check on eBay. Old pc with i3 3220 is something like $75.
I don't think it worth the afford if you want to sell it eventually.

There's some sodimm to dimm adapters you can get that work in a pinch.

I'd probably just sell the parts as is, you'll get less out of the board and whole system than what you would spend.

On second hand sites like ebay or mercari you can usually get like 40-55 for both the CPU and GPU.
