Hmmm o.k I'm sure this is fairly easy but I'm not sure of the best option to take.I'm a novice so I will explain the best I can.
O.k I make music on my p.c and want my second hard drive to be totaly protected from crap that might mess it up (internet files and such) and use my first harddrive for the internet and downloading files.
I understand you can set up 2 boot devices, one for each hard drive but I assume you can not copy files from one drive to the other if you do this?.
So is there a way of having one boot program (XP)on say drive C: and have say drive D: protected from drive C: but still allowing me to copy files from one to the other.
I would like to have 2 separate boot devices but I need to be able to copy files from one to the other. This, as I understand it will be the best option....I dunno does that make any sense.
any links to articles on this or advice will be most helpfull.
Thanks in advance for any replys.jon
