Um, that IS what emulators usally do :rolleyes:

I don't beleive there are any out right now... Well, there might be a few, but none worth using. They are all far too slow, incompatable, and current computers aren't quite capable of playing them at full speed...
 
ok well we can tell u emulators since there technically isnt anything illegal about them in and of themselves but ROMs are pirated material and we cant tell you.
