i recently bought a network adapter for my ps2 and i would like some help on getting it working

i have a usb modem and it says u can connect it using internet conection sharing through your computer....i would like to know how to do this

help!!

What cable(s) do you get with the Network Adapter? You would probably need a cross-link cable in order to network the PC and ps2, otherwise you would need a Network Hub, presumably the network adapter has a patch cable in which case this would be the option to take.

When you go into network places, or network neighborhood, you choose to create a new network. When you get into there, select other computers connect to the internet through my computer. You will need to make sure that you have two network ports. The cable running from the PS2 to the PC must be a CAT 5 or lower, or else it won't work. It has something to do with the network connector that Sony made for the PS2

You would need to connect it to your PC through either an LAN port if you have one spare or you would need to buy a LAN card. Then do as computerdude described.

i have a crossover cable now....it reconised the connection but when it goes to test the network my ps2 wont connect to it...help plz
