PSU Failed and Replaced

My psu failed and is still under warranty, after switching the psu sent by antec the system won't turn on and only turns on for 2-3 seconds after I turn the power on the psu itself.

I tested the psu with another system, and in fact used another working psu on this system and same thing. The system only turns on when I power the switch on the psu. Changed the power switch to mobo, reseated the cpu, removed the mobo of the case in case of short.

Okay, just worried it surged and took out more than the motherboard, but for 50 bucks i guess your not out much if it did take out the cpu.
