PSU failure or fan dying?

So I installed S.T.A.L.K.E.R last night boot it up and I get a strange buzzing sound.
I checked all my fans/hd/gpu nothing wrong. Checked my DVD-R looks good. I then find the issue my power supply.

Now this is the odd part the sound happens when I boot up STALKER and the sound changes when I flip through the movies each movie it makes a new and more freaky sound. It makes a low pitched buzz at the game menu.

During this period I swore I could smell some burning from time to time but I couldn't pin the smell when I found it. It was random from time to time during the hour.
So I have yet to boot my PC back up since.

So is this my PSU saying "yo I love ya but I am about to destroy your PC" or could it just be a fan issue?

Either case I plan to warrenty it but I wanted to find the exact problem first. Due to the fact it could destroy my entire PC I don't wanna take chances continuing to use it.

yeah buzzing means its having more power drawn than its rated at
you are overloading it. Stop now or you may have adead pc / fire

burning smell is ozone from the coils supercharging the air. try not to breathe it in.

Stalker is quite intensve so my guess is its making your cpu etc... draw a lot more power which your psu isnt equipped to handle

get a more powerful psu
