Excellent. This is exactly what I'd do if I were in your shoes. Let us know what happens.

My comp just restarted twice randomly....my cpu temp is at 129Farenheit, but my ram temp went down like 10Farenheit...i have a rear fan blowing air out and my cpu fan is next to it...

Tryin' to think here...
When using round IDE cables, make sure they're put on right, and that means the farthest connector from the mobo goes on the master and the middle one goes on the slave. You also need to have any jumpers on your drives set to CS in order to recognize the Cable Select method of cabling. My question is why do you have 3 IDE cables? There should be only two in your system.

originally this is what i had, IDE Floppy Cable 2 inputers, IDE Cable 3 Inputers motherboard->hardrive->cd-rom, IDE Cable 3 Inputers hardrive-->moterboard(didnt use the middle one)...i have 2 hardrives in mine..i connected it perfectly...but doesnt recgonize anything! What did u mean though by Cable Select cause i got round ide cables? i realized also my cd-rom has 3 2 pin holes ones for like slave, master, and sumtin else and i dont have any in that...but like everytime i unplugged one of teh new ide cables it seemed to then recognize i think a slave or primary drive. Did i mention instead of buying a 3 inputer to connect my hardrive-->motherboard i bought 2 inputer cause i didnt see any sense for a 3...anyway yea

By the way, i am glad i acutally took a peek at my case lol, i didnt think my video card had a fan and then when i pulled it out to see how i would fit an encahust fan in my case, i realize my video card had a fan with a lot of dust lol, i think thats why my computer blacked out basically alot...also ovenmaster does it matter what 80mm fan i bought really? i bought a Blue LED fan light(connects to my motherboard, i didnt know it did lol), I was just wonderin if it did because i just wasnt sure if it wont be as efficient pulling air outside? it didnt specify as a exhaust or non exhaust, but it works yea i was just curious...anyway, last thing, my side fans like are pretty silent but eveyr 10 mins they get really loud and sounds like vibration i usually tap the side to stop the noise, its really annoying and its in my family room so my mom kinda gets annyoed by it.

i got another problem too...my comps restarting randomly....first my screen goes blank and the green button on it turns yellow, then my comp restarted, then when it booted up it restarted again ....

The reason I mention the Cable Select jumpers and the placement of Master and Slave drives on the proper end and middle connectors is because I can't tell what kind of flat IDE cables you had showing in the pic you posted (40 or 80 wires). If your old flat IDE cables were 40 wire models, the round ones are 80 wire ones, and need to have jumpers set for Cable Select and the connectors put on the proper drives in order to work properly.

Does it matter what 80mm fan you bought? Not unless you specifically went out and bought one that was supposed to be quiet. They don't move as much air as a regular fan. Those LED fans are made of brittle plastic compared to black ones; be careful how tight you mount it, or else you'll crack the frame.

Make sure your side fans are screwed in tight, but not TOO tight, and any panels that have screws, too, in order to stop vibrations.

I don't have a clue as to why your PC is restarting randomly, I'm sorry. I can't help there.

One can still use master/slave settings with 80-wire IDE cables... frankly, it comes down to a matter of choice. I prefer not to use CS, others do.
