PSU for a m8

Hi ppl, my friend needs a PSU for his PC because the one he has at the min is abit crap and old.

He has a AMD M2 3800+ (not OC`d)
X1900 XT (not OC`d)
2x 160GB HDD`s RAID
and the normal stuff

I have looked at the recommended specs for that X1950 XT and I see they require a stong amperage (20+ on a 12v.
Also requiring a good 450W+ PSU!?

Could anyone recommend a PSU for my m8?

That's a superb PSU, with plenty of upgrade headroom.
