PSU for this build

You could drop down to a 500 watt psu as the 370 really only needs about 450 watts.

Hey one question. Whats the difference between OPN TRAY and OPN PIB in AMD processors?

Have you already got the case?
I suggest you get something with PSU at bottom intake.

Also, it may worth to get a CPU heatsink.

Tray is usually CPU only. PIB usually stands for 'processor in box' that comes with a sticker and a heatsink in most cases.

There are a lot on choice. My recommendation is look for something $50-60 with 2 - 3 case fan and dust filter + USB 3.0 front panel.
Then, check the reviews.

There. Has 2 USB 3.0 and 2 coolers. I already have one cooler from my old pc, so I would have 3. It costs $117 here. A better one would cost around double. I will keep an eye out in case I get a better deal. What do you think?

Edit: I found a Cougar MX200 for around $64 (Wich is pretty cheap here). The thing is, I cant find it on Pcpartpicker, So I dont know if everything fits. This are the specs:
