PSU for VIdeo card

I recently bought this video card xfx 8800gts 320mb

and i have this PSU

i was just making sure if that PSU is enough for the video card.

i also have 2 case fans, 2 dvd drives and 2 hard drives, pci tv tuner, 2gb ram, core 2 duo e6750

Is fine, but any upgrade like a extra hdd or a higher end video card you will need a new one

External doesn't take that much, but either way, what's your computer specs?
