PSU help, please?

Are you intending to add that RAM to your existing RAM or are you going replace your existing RAM with that?

I would suggest replacing your existing RAM with that RAM.

I'm replacing the RAM. :) I'm not sure if there would even be enough room to add it to my existing?

Depends how many slots there are free but I'd go ahead and replace it, just to keep consistency.

Are you going to order it all now?

I'm pretty sure there's only two slots for RAM. Last time I checked inside, that's what it seemed like.

And I'm going to order it all in the next few days. Possibly today if I manage to get the time. Why?

Just asking. Everything should work nicely so you can order it knowing it's all good to go.

Thank you. Yeah, I came here to make sure I could order this stuff without any worries of something not working once I received it.

Oh, and one last question..

The RAM has 'DDR3' and the graphics card says 'GDDR5' on the website. Does this mean much?

It's just specifying what type of RAM it is.

DDR3 is the latest for motherboards.

GDDR5 is the latest for graphics cards.

Motherboards and graphics cards use different RAM types of course, but don't get worried about it since they are separate and will work fine.

So it's all good. :good:

Ah, right, I understand.

The Zoostorm company mentioned something about DDR3 RAM, so it just sparked my interest there.

I think that's all the help I need! :P

Thanks again!

UPDATE:

So, I've ordered everything from what I posted here. A little later than I expected, but at least it's done!

Being me, I'm still nervous and worried in case something won't work. :P

I trust the people who've helped me, though. They quite clearly have good knowledge and know what they're talking about.
