PSU Issue

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if you could help me.....I have recently replaced a PSU 650Watt in a machine, when i go to turn the machine on nothing happens this is when a PCI-Express card power connector is plugged into the Card when i unplug it from the card and start up it boots up normal...I was wondering if you had any advice,

What kind of card and what kind of motherboard and what type of power supply? (brand, model #, etc..)

Hey it is a Coolmaster 650 Watt PSU motherboard is a Asus A8N-SLI and Graphics Card Nvidia WinFast PX7800 GT TDH MyVIVO Extreme PCI-Express....and the psu has the proper connector
