PSU mod

plug it into a motherboard all hooked up, the power supply shouldn't be plugged into the wall, though, then, try to power on the motherboard, that should discharge all the caps, but i would still be as careful as possible

Well then once I get the money I will probably need a backup PSU in case this fan burns out.
