psu needed

need advice on psu my gig is intel e6750, 2g ram, dvd, 320 ddd i dont know if 400w is enough or should i go to 500w and i dont know which of these 2 is better the 400w is a little more expensive (15USD), which one is a better buy ?

get a 500W to be on the safe side. and as a recommendation...thermaltake PSU's, OCZs are nice. but we all know the one in my sig kicks ass.

Gforce 8600 gt 512 its a cheap one coz i dont play too much games i only play americas army and battlefield 2 im torn between getting 400W and 450W (price difference im considering)
