psu not enough? plz confirm!

i dont kno much bout psu.... i got this http://www.ultraproducts.com/product_details.php?cPath=59&pPath=369&productID=371 its a 350watt ultra psu V series installed on my machine and after i got x850xt.... sometimes and anyhow i had to force-restart and when i turn on back it jus a sound of the fan and it dont bo0t! i had to press the power button again then it bo0t!

when i didnt have my x850xt its never like this.... could it be my psu is not enuff for my graphic card?
 
whatre the specs of the rest of your system, 350 may be a bit low, the card alone on load can reach up to 300 watts, but idles at only about 145, i think a better psu would help

well... ill probly get a higher watt psu
 
Your PSU is one possible culprit in this situation, and it really wouldn't hurt to upgrade anyway (that PSU is borderline for that sort of system).

Peak draw for an X850XT is a touch under 70W :)
