i was planning on upgrading soon and the only thing im really too concerned about is the PSU. i was going to get this CPU and GPU

so would everything be alright with this PSU, or do i need to upgrade that too?

and if this PSU is ok, i was also going to overclock the GPU. i've been hearing that a 6950 is easily overclocked to the equivalent of a 6970. but the overclock is kinda optional i guess.

Thought the link was to a 6950. The GTX 480 is alittle more power hungry. But it should still be fine. A 6950 is a quality 500W and up, the GTX 480 is a quality 600W and above.
