PSU requirements?

Hiya all, this forum looks pretty good and after a quick read I've found you guys really know what you are talking about. So I was hoping I could pick your brains about PSU requirements for my computer.

My current rig

CPU:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 775, 2.4 GHz, 1066MHz FSB, Conroe Core, 4MB Cache, Retail

Motherboard:
Asus P5N32-E SLI PLUS NF650i SLi (C55), S 775, PCI-E(x16), DDR2 533/667/800, SATA II, SATA RAID, ATX

GPU:
256MB XFX 8600GT XXX, PCI-E (x16), Mem 1600 MHz, GDDR3, GPU 600 MHz, 2x Dual Link DVI-I/HDTV

Ram:
2GB (2x1GB) Corsair TwinX XMS2 Pro, DDR2 PC2-6400 (800), 240 Pins, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS

HDD:
#1 - Western Digital Raptor, 74GB, 10,000 RPM, Sata150
#2 - Western Digital Caviar (WD4000KD), 400 Gb, 7200 rpm, SATA150
#3 - Western Digital, 500gb, 7200 rpm, Sata 150

What PSU can you guys recommend for this rig? and can I ask how you figure it out?
