Coolermaster V8 CPU Heatsink
Coolermaster HAF 922

The PSU's im interested in:

My question is, will these be sufficient enough if i decided to put two GTX 570s superclock into this system? If no may someone please refer me to a quality psu?

Thanks for the time and suggestions ahead of time.

Yeah, the power supply is ok. But I would get a i7 2600k, if not a i5 2500K and a socket 1155 motherboard.

That is sufficient. Both PSUs are of high quality, but personal preference, I would choose the corsair.

I already have the Motherboard and the cpu. Regardless of the choice i made, it will be a significant improvement over a dell xps 400 that has a pentium D cpu and a 9800 GT graphics card. I wanted to double check to ensure that if i decided to throw 2 cards into this system the psu can handle it on top of the CPU. I do not plan on overclocking as i've read in my motherboards manual it automatically does it at a very safe setting.
