PSU upgrade

I have a SFF computer, Lenovo Thinkcentre A70-7844C1U. I was wondering if I am able to switch my current PSU (180 watts) to this stronger one: http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=253 (450 watts)

I just need confirmation that I can replace my old PSU with the new one without any trouble. A guide on how to replace PSUs on SFF computers would be great as well.
