So I am having a slight problem at the moment with my PSU voltages. Specifically the 12v rail. Currently as seen in the screenshot of HWmonitor it shows that the 12v rail is as 7.81v. Now I know for a fact that this is such a stupid reading and must be incorrect although would this be a sign of a unstable voltage? I have had issues in the past and even currently I can not get my RAM to 1600Mhz at the proper voltage without getting blue screened. Also after overclocking my GPU I would begin to get artifacts but only over time. Usually I can figure these things out on my own but I have been stumped on what should be a really amature problem. Thanks in advance.
