Ok, My computer has a AC 230 V PSU

I need to know how many Watts That is

The GPU i wanna get needs minimum of 300W...

It does not say How many Watts it is anywhere...

Thanks,

The relation to voltage and watts is described in this formula:

P=IV - Power (Watts) = Current x Voltage

Having 230VAC is just the input voltage, to work out the wattage you need the output voltage and ampage and multiply them together.

The input voltage has no relation to the actual output of your power supply. Rather than wattage, check the amperage. A minimum of 25 amps on the 12v rail is recommended for most video cards(at least lower-end ones).

If nothing is mentioned about your power supplies specs, it's probably too weak and should be replaced.
