I personally don't trust Thermaltake in the PSU department. Sure, their cases are good, but I'll stick with Antec, Ultra and Enermax when it comes to PSUs.
Here's an excellent Antec PSU. The price is high compared to what I paid for it($15).

Yeah, companies that you should be safe with are, Tagan, Antec, Seasonic, Hyper, Nexux, Enermax. Can't think of any others ATM but whatever you do DON'T go with Q-Tec, and If you'r up for a bit of hard gaming try to avoid Jeantech, I've had 1 PSU from them die on me and another one have crap rails!

Actually, this particular Thermaltake unit is OEM'd by Channelwell, so certainly isn't bad. The X-Clio 450BL would be my pick at this pricerange. The Antec unit that Yasu recommended would be another good choice, at a slightly higher price. Any of these units are sufficient to power your system.
