PSUs Galore

So, looking for the best bang for my buck at around 50-60 USD.
Its gonna run a E7200 and probably 8800GT
Ones ive had recomended are listed below but feel free to recommend others in the price range.

Those are both going to come out a lot more than $60 when you count tax plus shipping an handling. I have a CoolerMaster 500W. I only has 16A on each 12V rail but the 8800GT only requires 26A total. I got it a Fry's Electronics, but at the store so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. It came out to like $55 with tax. The only problem I have with it is that it will only support up to a 9800GTX. The GTX 260's and 280's need more amps on the 12V rail and need more PCIe connectors.

I beg to differ about the prices though. Free shipping on the Rosewell. OCZ has $11 shipping but after shipping and mir, its 61.

Oh well in that case, go for the blue LED's! Haha just kidding. They're basically exactly the same. Same connections. Same amps on the 12V rail. The 6+2-pin is useless unless you have another 6-pin with it. The only card that uses an 8 pin really is the 9800GX2 and the GTX 280 and those need wayyy better power supplies. I don't think you will ever find a card that uses a single 8 pin. It's always 6-pin, 2x6-pin, or 6-pin and an 8-pin.

That first PSU should be fine. I only have 32A on the 12V rail and I only need 24A to run the 8800GT. That's including the other parts of the computer. Since you have 10A of breathing room you should be fine.

Okay well I'm just reading what http://www.computerforum.com/90110-power-recommendations-video-card.html says. It says the x1950 requires 30A to run, the 8800GT requires 26A to run. So nevermind you still have 8A of breathing room.

Of the 2 I would say the first one. They're both average but Antec has a good reputation. I would look at one with a higher combined wattage. But you should be good with around 32A on the 12V rail.
