Punkbuster ban....consider this proof?

Hello,

some of you may have seen my COD4 punkbuster ban post,after looking into my ban further ive found that it looks like someone must have stolen my key and used it online because look.

the aimbot ban was issued under the username "Loafer" and look at the ip address it doesnt even match mine.

the only 2 usernames in game ive used are

Sgt.Shanely
[CF]Nevakonaza (when i joined the CF obviusly)


problem is now though,punkbuster wont let me submit another appeal because they already rejected the first one :cool:

do you think this could be proof that it was not me hacking?
 
daaaamn that must suck... now you can only join the servers full of hackers that messed you up in the first place!!

well i dont know,they closed my appeal button so they wont listen now,not that they listned in the first place damn butheads :mad:

actualy its not that bad,theres still thousonds of private servers that dont run PB and i have not came across one that obviusly had a hacker in them yet but im sure there will be one soon.

its only cod4 im pb banned on,all my other pb games dont kick me :)
 
yeah for serious shit your H/W profile gets banned lol

with cod4 having pb aint a big issue as you dont need it to be ranked, as its local

sorry mate confused here,

im not hardware banned,why does all new games come with pb.....we all know its shite and doesnt work as it should.

Those are the locations of the Ip's..
 
I can imagine the first one because Birmingham is the Midlands' largest city, London is an odd one but it may be one of the big ISP's datacentres but Texas, WTF?

ahh i see,thank god they didnt hardware ban me,cod4 ban was enough for doing nothing wrong :mad:

thats what it looks like according to my my game GUID,looks like my key could have been stolen or leaked.

my ip would come under the midlands,Birmingham so that would be me but London and Texas US? :D

ive sent another ticket to PB,not sure if they will listen this time :cool:

i swear on my own life here and now i did not use proxy or any hacks!!!!!!

well i sent an appeal to Punkbusted.com and i got a reply but i cant make any sense of it....maybe im just thick or something but i found it hard to understand.

i know he said thers nothing they can do....duh as per usual thats all they say because theyre not intrested.

The first and second link you sent is from our system and it is PunksBusted (PsB) not punkbusted. You did read our appeal instructions. PsB is not EvenBalance that makes PB. We are the Oldest and largest AC site in the world.

The fact is that your cd-key/guid is leaked. That is a security issue of yours and there is nothing we can do about that. We ban guids use to cheat.

As for aliases they have little use but have uses we don't ban based on an alias not as exact identification without other information. But another alias you did use is 'Loafer' with this guid. So you have a short memory.

This guid was leaked approximately 20th Sept 2008. The violation type used is a delayed ban and is made up of several parts. But what is noticeable is that this guid was tracked long before the cd-key was dumped in the wild to cover it was cheating. We are aware of the common last hope cheats use to try and hide it was them personally cheating and try to blame the leaked key. That does not work here.

However this does not matter to PsB. The record shows what it does. You will require a statement from EvenBalance to say it was not you that had the cheat. I will not say that here without that verification from them by you asking in a support ticket. Then you will log into that support ticket. Copy the complete link from the top of your browser and paste it to me in your next reply.

This guid has a global guid ban. PsB will not even consider this appeal further as long as that global is in place as per what our appeal instructions pointed out. However the best you will get is you asking them if you were the cheat or not. Then perhaps I will enter their response in the guid record, but that is about all. I already know the answer to the question.

I will close this appeal ticket now. There is nothing further I can or will do with a global ban. It will reopen in the future if you just use reply again. But for now there is nothing I will do so I will close it.

well all i can say is now that they will not unban me so il have to take things into my own hands.

i will be able to get back onto cod4 legit servers ;)

infact i bet more than half of the people pb banned for legitimatly doing nothing became hackers after :D so realy just defeating the object :D

I just recently started playing Call of Duty 4 and tried to get on Punkbuster servers but I just keep getting kicked. I'm not really familiar with it so I'm not sure what to do or even how to check on it.

I have no hacks on my computer and just recently installed it. Anyone know what's up or how I can check on it?
