I am purchasing a custom computer off Craigslist for $500, is this worth it? Here are the specs.

> > 2 2gb sticks of g skill ddr2 1066 ram
> > 1 Asus M3A78-EM AM2+ 780G (has integrated hd 3200 graphics with an hdmi port, display
> > port, vga, dvi, 6 usb ports, firewire, and esata
> > 1 generic case atx/ mid case ( nice looking with some front lights
> > 1 generic 450 watt power supply (does include multiple
> sata and 4 pin)
> > integrated ati 3200 video card. gets a 4 on vistas scale.
Can anyone dumb that down for me aswell, haha. I am not to savvy with the "caviar black" and such.
He says he has Windows Vista 64 Bit as well.
Also, will this fulfill my needs, as an avid gamer I am always loving putting the screen res on full and the settings on high, will this accommodate my needs?
Please help out, thanks
