Push a service on all network users

I'm in study to be a server administrator. I want to know with which tool can I push/force a anti virus to all systems of the users, or a remote tool like Radmin/VNC viewer.

You are asking this and you want to be a server administrator? You should start off as a tech first and work your way up.

It depends on what clients you have on your network, if the clients are managed by you or if people bring in their own devices, and so much more.
 
I agree with Omega.. If they're your computers, install the anti-virus to all, but if you are not the owner, I would take another approach..
