Push Pull Fans for H50

i am currently using 2 COOLER MASTER R4 fans on my H50 but they are HORRIBLY LOUD and i'm not sure if they are the right fans to get the best performance out of my H50.

i'm looking for some fans that will cool well and are relatively quite. price isn't too much of an issue, as long as its not something outrageous like 50$ a fan.

I've always read that Noctua is a really good brand, anyone else have any input before i make a decision?
