So all the parts to my build should be coming in the mail tomorrow. Could someone link me to a video explaining the general process of putting together a desktop? I have never done this before and I don't want short circuit anything or have any potentially disastrous problems. Even a written tutorial would be appreciated. Thanks!

that was an ignorant post... how do you magically learn without diving into it???
The hardest parts on my first build were:
-not knowing any importance of order when installing parts to the motherboard (there is no order really)
-firmness with which you need to push the ram and PCI cards in order to get them seated properly (I kept thinking I was going to break something)

that may be rite but serouisly come on do a lil research b4 diving in i found taking a part a old comp and putting it back together again and learning also i found it good to invest in an anti static wrist band as werid and stupid as they look when making up a expensive comp every lil thing of precaution helps
