Q6600 g0 slacr

I am getting a Q6600 in the mail on friday. How do i tell if it has G0 stepping instead of B3? Is it on cpu? box?

if its a new cpu(just bought it from some place like newegg) its probably going to be G0 stepping, otherwise i think its something in the product code

It will says on the box in the product label, just look for either B3 of G0 somewhere on it. It would be weird to get the B3, unless they had it in stock for along time.
