QoS information and help?

I am looking for a way to give my computer priority when multiple devices are using the bandwidth. I found in a search, someone suggesting a QoS feature in the router. I do have the feature in my router (Netgear R6200v2) but I don't have the slightest clue how to use it nor can I find a clear guide specifically for my router.

I don't want to completely rob the internet but I would like to give myself priority maybe like 3/5s for myself and the other 2/5s for other devices, if that is possible. I don't have the best internet, it is fairly basic cable internet, which is why I am looking to do to this.

Can QoS give a specific computer priority, and if so how do I configure it?

It looks like you can set absolute limits, but I can't tell if it's a global setting. For individual devices (i.e. by MAC address) you might be limited to prioritizing traffic over others. Might be sufficient for what you are looking for.

This is actually quite easy to do if you're using the Netgear web setup and not the CLI. You can give QOS priorities to Mac addresses and Ethernet ports:
