Yeah if you're thinking about it, it's not really worth it, unless you truely don't have anything else to blow your money on. A whore would be better use for your money :/

Yet if you do want to go that route, make sure you get decent case cooling, and have an adequate power supply

its the only Quad-SLI motherboard wich i know off tough..

What's stupid is that somebody who is that in to games, enough to have four seperate video cards on one rig, doesn't even have an open slot for a quality sound card.......

the onboard sound was rated pretty good tough,, it even has onboard optical ((digital) sound out,.. so with the correct amplifier..

Amplified or not, the sound quality would be on the low side.

And pretty much all new motherboards have optical out
