Case PSUs suck.

Horrible choice of motherboard.

There are cheaper G92 GTS's...

You're better off with a E8400 if you're gaming.

A-Data is the cheapest you can buy. Don't expect it to be gaming RAM or have super-OCing abilities.
 
I would spend a little less on a processor (like a 6750) and get a better GPU if you want to do gaming. No games utilize 4 cores as of now, AFAIK.

I agree with oscaryu1 about the psu and case, however, some antec cases come with good psu's.

I like ATI so thats that. That GPU is good though.

Is A-Data gonna get the job done or should I really spend more on RAM? I'm not going to OC anything.

I see what you mean ESTA but I want a future proof computer that will be completely upgradeable in the future, so I would rather get an SLI board Do you know of any good ones? I posted one on my previous post that I found, idk if its any good tho. How much do you mean by "a little faster" when referring to your linked RAM? I dont want my whole comp lagging behind just because I have junky ram.

This is $70 cheaper then the E8400 I linked. Is is worth getting the E6750, rather then the E8400? Im pretty sure the E6750 will last for a while as a great CPU for gaming but I'd need an experts words to be sure :)

Ok now what about the CPU? E6750 or E8400. Are the differences worth taking advantage of? The price dif is ~$70 which is a lot yet both of them seem to be great CPU's, i call on your powers once again oh great masters of computers :). Please help ><

You see that is the problem. Many good motherboards don't have SLi because it's justa waste. For the price of 2 cards and a SLi mobo and large wattage PSU, you could've have gotten a better card overall that would have smoked the SLi setup and save lots of $.

The E8400 is 45nm, much quicker, runs cooler, and overall it's much faster, and more future proof. The E8400 is the gaming processor. The Q6600 is the multitasking processor.

You can take a look into the 780i series.

Thanks a lot man I finally have someone that agrees with me that SLI is a waste even tho I wanted it for the future :), I shouldve checked if E8400 was 45nm but I forgot :X, you don't understand how much you've helped me out. Posting new comp setup in a moment. Thank you everyone who answered my questions.
The 8800gts I chose has a free game with it so thats why I chose it since the game itself has some value.

Good choice then! Make sure it's a game you'll want :P

But be careful! 45nms are only supported on these specific series: P31, P35, X38, 780i.

The 780i is SLi capable, IF you want to SLi :rolleyes: :D

Good build ;)

32bit is fine, unless you're going to use more than 3.25GB of RAM. You'll need Vista to use DX10 though. Look at M$ Windows Vista Home Premium x64
