hi, recently my gtx 295 decided to go out on me :( , unfortunately the company i got it from are closed over xmas and new year there for i wont have a pc over xmas as they wont take anything in for repair so i thought why not get a new gtx 295 and i can run one gfx for now then run quad sli when i get it repaired but im not sure my motherboard will accept 2 gtx 295 cards its a gigabyte ex58-ud3r rev1.0

could someone let me know if this is capable of quad sli and if not can they recomend a new motherboard that will accept OCZ gold DDR3 ram and I7 cpu and of course quad sli

thanks star.

nice site btw :)

its not just your motherboard you wanna worry about, i hope your packing some heavy duty psu cos an everyday 700watt psu will not power 2 of them things

and yes that motherboard will support sli and crossfire in full 16x

I agree. Definitely max out your PSU. That combination of cards is probably the most power-hungry video card combo you could ever create. :)

thanks for the replies, i know it supports sli but does it support quad?

i have a 1000w sli ready psu and numerous fans
