Quadro FX 3700

I'm building a new dual boot machine (W7 & OSX) and was wondering if this card is still any good since it's like 4-5 years old. Or should I just use the HD 3000 integrated GPU?

Computer is for music production, so nothing graphic intensive running

Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600

The Quadro is a good 400 points better than the HD 3000.
